Child Development Services
To begin developing a system of service provision that meets the social and emotional needs of preschool children and their families. The program involves the three key entities in the field - early childhood programs, developmental preschools, and mental health clinicians.
Children's Advocacy Project
To provide coordinated forensic and comprehensive services for alleged victims of child maltreatment and children who witness violence in order to minimize trauma to children, to break the cycle of abuse and to foster a more effective and efficient community response to child maltreatment.

To train and place low-income single mothers in careers that successfully support their families.
Dine And Discover, Laramie
A community inspired event spearheaded by a group of Albany County residents and organizations to support young children and families in an evening that engages them in a myriad of healthy, family centric activities. At each event families participate in child centered conversation, share a hot meal together, learn about support provided by community organizations, engage in hands on literacy based activities, receive a book for each child to build the home library and take home food bags that will supplement the family's nutritional needs.
Ellbogen Leadership and Advocacy Institute
The Ellbogen Institute for Leadership and Advocacy is designed to develop educational leaders who understand and are able to articulate the complex challenge of educating all children.
